What types of tea do you offer?
We offer a wide range of teas to suit every taste preference. Our selection includes the classic series, signature blends, and caffeine-free options.
Where does your tea come from?
At Taverns Tea, we prioritise collaborations with family-run tea farms and skilled artisan makers who share our passion. With a wealth of experience in sourcing teas, we have established strong bonds with passionate tea producers worldwide. This network allows us to deliver to you the finest teas, renowned for their exceptional quality and exquisite flavours.
How should I store my tea?
To ensure that your tea stays fresh and flavourful, we recommend storing it away from heat, light, and moisture. This will help preserve the quality and taste of your tea for as long as possible.
What is the shelf life of your teas?
Generally, teas that are properly stored can last between 6 months to 3 years. However, to ensure optimal quality and flavour, the best before date is printed on our sachets.
Do you offer sampler packs?
Yes, we do offer sample sizes (5 teabags) on our website, in addition to the full size option of 20 teabags.
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, select the teas you would like to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information, and your order will be on its way!
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayNow.
How much does shipping cost?
For orders less than $50, standard shipping will be $3.70. However, shipping fee will be waived for orders totaling $50 or more. Regardless of the order amount, all orders with express shipping selected will incur a $12 shipping fee.
How long does shipping take?
For standard shipping, your order will be delivered via Singpost within 3 - 5 working days. Express shipping guarantees delivery on the same day for orders placed before 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm will be delivered the following day.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of Singapore currently. However, we are working on making Taverns Tea accessible internationally!
Do you offer self-collection?
Self-collection at Taverns Tea office is available. Orders with self-collection selected are typically ready within 24 hours. Our team will contact you to arrange a pickup time between Monday to Friday, from 12pm to 6pm.
Can I return or exchange my tea if I'm not satisfied?
Due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have received defective items, you are entitled to an exchange for the same item. Please contact us via email at support@tavernstea.com within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number, proof of purchase, and supporting images of the defective items. For more information, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
