Returns and Refunds Policy
Returns & Exchanges
Due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have received defective items, you are entitled to an exchange for the same item. Please contact us via email at support@tavernstea.com within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number, proof of purchase, and supporting images of the defective items.
Once the exchange is approved, you will be provided with a return label. Please mail the packaged items to the following address: 194 Pandan Loop, Pantech Business Hub, #02-27, Singapore 128383. Our team will then arrange for the replacement item to be sent to you.
Refunds
If unforeseen circumstances prevent us from fulfilling your order, we will promptly notify you via email. Subsequently, the refund will be processed through your original payment method within 14 working days. After the refund is processed, we will send you an email containing a proof of the refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, we recommend first checking your bank account for any incoming transactions. Following this, we advise reaching out to your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted to your account.
Subsequently, it is advisable to contact your bank, as there may be additional processing time required before the refund reflects in your account.

Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
